| Prof. Xinde Li, IEEE Senior Member Academician of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Professor of Southeast University, China Xinde Li (M’09-SM’16) earned his Ph.D. in Control Theory and Control Engineering, from Department of Control Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China, in 2007. Afterwards, he joined School of Automation, Southeast University, Nanjing, China, where he is currently a professor. He was an Academician of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences elected in 2020 and a cover person of Scientific Chinese in the same year. He was a vice director of Intelligent Robot Committee of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence from 2017, a vice director of Intelligent Products and Industry Working Committee of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence from 2019. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Robot, Machine Perception and Understanding, and human-robot interaction, etc. He has undertaken many national key projects, i.e. National 863 key project, JKW key project, etc. and has published more than 80 high quality papers and 2 books, and owns 17 national invention patents. He also won many prizes, i.e. international contribution prize, Scientific and Technological Progress Award in CAA, etc. |

| Professor Linlin Shen, IEEE Senior Member Shenzhen University, China Professor Linlin Shen received Ph.D. degree from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham, UK. Prof. Shen is currently the “Pengcheng Scholar” Distinguished Professor at School of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China. He is also an Honorary professor at School of Computer Science, University of Nottingham, UK and Visiting Professor at School of Computer Science, University of Nottingham, Ningbo, China. He serves as the director of Computer Vision Institute, AI Research Center for Medical Image Analysis and Diagnosis and China-UK joint research lab for visual information processing. He also serves as the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the IET journal of Cognitive Computation and Systems. He is listed as the “Most Cited Chinese Researchers” by Elsevier, and listed in a ranking of the “Top 2% Scientists in the World” by Stanford University. He received the Most Cited Paper Award from the journal of Image and Vision Computing. His cell classification algorithms were the winners of the International Contest on Pattern Recognition Techniques for Indirect Immunofluorescence Images held by ICIP 2013 and ICPR 2016. |

| Professor Guoqiang Zhong Ocean University of China, China Guoqiang Zhong received his B.S. degree in Mathematics from Hebei Normal University, Shijiazhuang, China, his M.S. degree in Operations Research and Cybernetics from Beijing University of Technology (BJUT), Beijing, China, and his Ph.D. degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems from Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA), Beijing, China, in 2004, 2007 and 2011, respectively. Between October 2011 and July 2013, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Synchromedia Laboratory for Multimedia Communication in Telepresence, University of Quebec, Montreal, Canada. Between March 2014 and December 2020, he was an associate professor at Department of Computer Science and Technology, Ocean University of China, Qingdao, China. Since January 2021, he has been a full professor at College of Computer Science and Technology, Ocean University of China. He has published 4 books, 4 book chapters and more than 100 technical papers in the areas of artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, machine learning and computer vision. His research interests include pattern recognition, machine learning and computer vision. He has served as Chair/PC member/reviewer for many international conferences and top journals, such as IEEE TNNLS, IEEE TKDE, IEEE TCSVT, Pattern Recognition, Knowledge-Based Systems, Neurocomputing, ACM TKDD, AAAI, AISTATS, ICPR, IJCNN, ICONIP and ICDAR. He has been awarded outstanding reviewer by several journals, such as Pattern Recognition, Knowledge-Based Systems, Neurocomputing and Cognitive Systems Research. He has won the Best Paper Award of BICS2019 and the APNNS Young Researcher Award. He is senior member of CCF, CAAI and CSIG, member of ACM, IEEE, IAPR and APNNS, professional committee member of CAAI-PR, CAA-PRMI and CSIG-DIAR, and trustee of Shandong Association of Artificial Intelligence. |

| Professor Wendong Xiao University of Science and Technology Beijing, China Prof. Wendong Xiao is currently a Professor with the School of Automation and Electrical Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, P. R. China. His previous appointments include Scientist III with the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore (2004-2012), Research Fellow with the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (2001-2004), Associate Professor with the Northeastern University, China (1999-2001), and Post-Doctorate Research Fellow with the POSCO Technical Research Laboratories, South Korea (1996-1999). He received his Ph.D. degree from Northeastern University, China in 1995. His current research focuses on wireless localization and tracking, energy harvesting based network resource management, wearable computing for healthcare, big data processing, wireless sensor networks and internet of things. He has published about 150 papers in Journals and conferences and has been participating in a number of research and industrial projects in the related areas. He has been actively participating in the organizations for more than 70 international conferences and reviews for many top international Journals. |

| Associate Professor Xiang Li Tsinghua University, China Xiang Li is an Associate Professor with the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University. He has been the Associate Editor of IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters since 2022. He was the Associate Editor of IEEE Robotics & Automation Magazine from 2019 to 2021 and the Associate Editor of ICRA from 2019 to 2021. He received the Highly Commended Paper Award in 2013 IFToMM, the Best Paper in Robotic Control in 2017 ICAR, the Best Application Paper Finalists in 2017 IROS, and the T. J. Tarn Best Paper in Robotics in 2018 IEEE ROBIO. His current research interests include robotic manipulation, vision-based control, micro/nano robots, and human-robot interaction. |
